Hello, I’m Laura Cloke, founder of The Unconventional Career Club. I am so pleased that you have decided to take charge of your career.

The Unconventional Career Club is a supportive, judgement free space where you can focus on what you want from work. 

What you can expect from the club

Making time for your career development is tough. Whether you are super busy with work or life, or you just aren’t sure where to start, putting yourself to the top of your to do list is hard to do.

It is my hope that with my support and encouragement, and all the resources of the club, that you will be able to take charge of your development and create a career you love.

Every month there are a variety of ways you can work on your career. As a free member you get:

• The Inbox Coach newsletter – a gentle nudge on a Monday morning to think about your career development.
• Ask a coach – a chance to post a career question to Laura and the other club members each month.
