Whatever your dreams are for your career, they all must begin somewhere, with one first step, but sometimes getting started is the hardest part. Whether you aren’t sure where to begin, you are overwhelmed by what you are hoping to achieve, or just scared of judgement and failure, there are so many reasons why taking that first step might be difficult.
There are plenty of resources in the club this month to help you to get started! The workshop will help you to put a plan in place to work on your career, and you can use the co-working session to work on that project you have been putting off!

Getting started with your career development plan
In this session, Career Fulfilment Coach, Laura Cloke, will help you to get started with making a plan for your career development, even if you don’t know what the next phase of your career looks like. Using her Career Development Framework, Laura will show you how with just 10-minutes per day you can transform your career.
Whether you want to be the next CEO of your organisation, or you just want work to feel good, you will leave this session with a clear plan for how to take charge of your development.

Career drop-in sessions
Every Friday you can chat to me about a career topic that has been on your mind. You can book a 15-minute slot to speak to me about whatever is on your mind. I’ll help you to see your situation from a new perspective and you will leave with a question to reflect on that will help you to get unstuck.

Every month you have the opportunity to ask Laura anything about your career development. She can’t promise to give you an answer, but she will ask you a question to help you to think about how you could move forward with your challenge.
