## Getting started with your career development plan

Getting started is often the hardest part of the career development process. Whether you don’t know what to do, are overwhelmed about where to start, or just a little bit scared of facing your career dreams, not doing anything guarantees that you will stay exactly where you are. That might be ok for the next few weeks or months, but eventually it is going to really suck!

In this session, Career Fulfilment Coach, Laura Cloke, will help you to get started with making a plan for your career development, even if you don’t know what the next phase of your career looks like. Using her Career Development Framework, Laura will show you how, with just 10-minutes per day, you can transform your career.

Whether you want to be the next CEO of your organisation, or you just want work to feel good, you will leave this session with a clear plan for how to take charge of your development.
